How long does my order take to ship?

We make everything to order and try to fulfill orders as soon as possible to get them to you quickly. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed however we always do our best to ensure you get your order in a timely matter.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we do offer international shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times are based on your location.

What is your return policy? 

Any returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. How do I return/ exchange an item? 

At this time, unfortunately, we are not able to do exchanges. If you happened to order the wrong size, due to our made-to-order policy, we encourage you to reorder the item in your size. If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, this would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.
